Never received the shirt due to error
I'm reviewing customer service, not the dirndl. I made a mistake in my postal code and it has been sitting in Granada instead of Madrid for over a week. I have tried reaching out to Krueger Dirndl because only they can make the change on the postal code in order for me to get the dirndl, but they have not answered any emails and they just hang up on my after calling multiple times... This was for a party that I will not have it for this weekend. I know I made a mistake, but there was plenty of time for it to be fixed and I've tried over and over again to get help from this company and they never respond. Do not recommend using them incase the is any error as they are not responsive. Who knows if it will ever arrive now.
